微软亚洲研究院无线组（上海）致力于研究和开发先进的无线通信和感知技术，旨在推动下一代无线技术的进步和应用。研究方向包括但不限于无线感知技术及其在各个领域的创新应用、无线网络通信技术及其在不同环境中的优化和部署、边缘计算与云端协同工作的深度融合，以及大模型在移动端的开发与应用。团队的目标是通过跨领域的技术创新，为未来的智慧医疗，智能设备和物联网（IoT）技术奠定基础。

工作职责：

1. 参与通信和感知软件或硬件的研究，开发 及实验验证，推动技术创新并实现实际应用。
2. 设计和实现模型，解决实际问题，优化系统性能
3. 负责数据的收集与分析，进行模型的优化和系统的高效部署，提高应用的效果、稳定性和鲁棒性。

任职要求：

  1. 计算机科学、软件工程、电子工程或其他相关专业的本科、硕士或博士学历。
  2. 对世界领先的科学研究充满热情，有在顶级国际会议或期刊发表学术论文的强烈意愿。
  3. 具备良好的编程和动手实践能力，能深入分析问题并提出创新性解决方案，并能快速验证方案的可行性.
  4. 具有快速学习和适应新技术的能力，能够在不断变化的技术环境中保持前沿。
  5. 优秀的团队合作精神和高度的责任心，能够在多学科团队中有效协作并推动项目进展。

工作时间要求：

能获得导师许可并保证至少三个月的实习。

Position Title: Research Intern for Wireless Group (Shanghai)
Job Type: Full-time Intern
Number of intern openings: 2-4
Location: Shanghai

Group Introduction :
The Wireless Team at Microsoft Research Asia in Shanghai is dedicated to researching and developing advanced wireless communication and sensing technologies, with the aim of driving advancements and applications in next-generation wireless technologies. Our research areas include, but are not limited to, innovative applications of wireless sensing technologies in various fields, optimization and deployment of wireless network communication technologies in different environments, deep integration of edge computing with cloud collaboration, and the development and application of large models on mobile devices. The team’s objective is to lay a foundation for future smart healthcare, smart devices, and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies through cross-disciplinary technological innovations.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the research, development, and experimental validation of software or hardware for communication and sensing, driving technological innovation and enabling practical applications.
2. Design and implement models to solve real-world problems and optimize system performance.
3. Responsible for data collection and analysis, optimizing models and deploying systems efficiently to enhance the effectiveness, stability, and robustness of applications.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or other related fields.
2. A strong passion for cutting-edge scientific research, with a strong desire to publish academic papers in top international conferences or journals.
3. Strong programming and hands-on skills, with the ability to deeply analyze problems, propose innovative solutions, and quickly validate the feasibility of these solutions.
4. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, staying at the forefront of a rapidly changing technical environment.
5. Excellent teamwork skills and a high sense of responsibility, capable of effectively collaborating in a multidisciplinary team and driving project progress.

Work Duration Requirement:
Must obtain permission from your academic advisor and commit to at least three months of internship.
