组别简介：

微软亚洲研究院系统智能团队致力于大型语言模型（LLMs）的研究与开发, 探索AI时代的前沿科技，推动AI技术的优化和创新。该团队成员具有丰富的研究经验，团队的研究方向包括大模型算法和架构，大模型推理能力提升，模型优化和自我提升。

工作职责：

  1. 参与LLM算法的研究与开发工作，包括LLM推理、优化训练方法以及合成数据、LLM自我提升等领域。
  2. 设计和实现模型，解决实际问题，提升性能
  3. 进行数据分析、模型优化，提高应用的效果和稳定性
  4. 与研究员合作在AI顶级会议和期刊上发表论文

任职要求：

  1. 计算机科学、软件工程、电子工程或其它相关专业（本科/硕士/博士）
  2. 具有优秀的编程能力或相关的项目经验
  3. 有从事深度学习相关的项目经验和快速学习能力
  4. 在AI领域顶级会议或期刊上发表过论文者优先考虑
  5. 可以熟练使用英文撰写专业论文
  6. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
  7. 能得到导师的书面同意

工作时间要求：

能获得导师许可并保证至少三个月的全职实习，可实习六个月以上者优先考虑

Position Title: Research Intern for System Intelligence Group
Job Type: Full-time Intern
Number of Openings: 2-4
Location: Beijing/Shanghai

Group Introduction:
The System Intelligence Group at Microsoft Research Asia is dedicated to the research and development of large language models (LLMs), and driving the innovation of AI technologies. The research areas of the System Intelligence Group include large model algorithms and architectures, enhancing model reasoning capabilities, and model optimization and self-improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in the research and development of LLM algorithms, including areas such as LLM reasoning, optimized training methods, synthetic data, and LLM self-improvement.
  2. Design and implement models to solve real-world problems and improve performance.
  3. Conduct data analysis, model optimization, and deployment to enhance application effectiveness and stability.
  4. Collaborate with researchers to publish papers in top AI conferences and journals.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or other related fields.
  2. Excellent programming skills or relevant project experience.
  3. Experience with deep learning projects and a quick learning ability
  4. Preference for candidates who have published papers in top AI conferences or journals
  5. Proficiency in writing professional papers in English
  6. Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit.
  7. Written consent from your academic advisor.

Internship Duration Requirements:
Must obtain permission from your academic advisor and commit to at least three months of full-time internship. Preference will be given to those who can intern for six months or longer.
